Application

Pre-coolers are used to quickly pre-cool some fruits with air after harvesting.

It reduces the temperature of the air passing through the copper tubes and aluminum fin pre-coolers heat exchanger to the requested value.

If some fruits and vegetables such as grapes after harvest are brought to a temperature close to the storage temperature in 6 hours (approx. %90 of cooling need) without putting them in the cold room, the storage lifetime of the fruits in the cold room increases. During pre-cooling, the product should not lose its water, should not come to freezing point temperature and water droplets should not be touched on it.

Pre-cooled product is taken to the cold room.

Pre-coolers are produced as OEM in accordance with the pre-cooling conditions of the product.

It is designed with copper tubes / aluminum fin and galvanized sheet as standard.
