Desuperheater Heat Exchangers

Application

In CO2 Subcritic applications, it is used to decrease the temperature of the pressurized superheated CO2 gas coming out of the compressor to a temperature above the condensation temperature for heat recovery or to bring the superheated CO2 gas at the compressor outlet to the gas temperature suitable for the 2nd stage compressor inlet. Pressurized hot gas is cooled by the ambient air passed through the axial fan over the heat exchangers (Copper tube / Aluminum fin).

Products are designed based on OEM requests.

Air inlet (ambient) temperature, CO2 gas inlet pressure, inlet and outlet temperature; kg/h fluid flow or heat exchanger capacity (kW) should be specified upon request.
