Atmospheric CO2 Vaporizer
Application
It provides the vaporization of liquid CO2 to the gas form in the liquid tank. Atmospheric air above 10 ºC heats the heat exchanger through the axial fans. The liquid inside the heat exchanger evaporates and becomes a gas form, partially heated and CO2 is used in the process in the form of gas.
In order to avoid interruption of the process requirement due to the frost on the heat exchanger during operation, a heat exchanger is equal to the half of the capacity request, or the capacity request one heat exchanger with 2 times capacity in ED types are used. It is made with defrost air at temperatures above 5ºC.
An optional heating coil (steam; electric; hot water) is required for temperatures below 5ºC.
Atmospheric CO2 Vaporizers are produced as standard with copper tube and aluminum fin.
Products are designed based on OEM requests.
