As KARYER, our management team introduced HVAC system components to the participants at the AHR Expo 2025 held in Orlando between February 10-12. The AHR Expo brought together the entire HVAC community to showcase the latest products and technologies in the fields of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration, to gain insights from industry experts, engage in interdisciplinary discussions, and form new collaborations.

Here are some of the key topics of the meetings our team had and throughout the event:

The climate crisis is a primary focus for the HVAC industry, as it is for all other sectors. In this context, the ongoing R&D and product development efforts in the HVAC sector, which is undergoing a significant transformation, center around this issue.

The American Innovation and Manufacturing (AIM) Act, which came into effect in December 2020, authorizes the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to gradually reduce the production and use of hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) until 2036. This regulation encourages HVAC component manufacturers and system builders to develop solutions compatible with refrigerants that have low global warming potential (GWP), steering the industry toward environmentally friendly alternatives.

New products are increasingly being developed to be compatible with A2L refrigerants. A2L refers to refrigerants with low toxicity and low flammability. Starting January 1, 2025, all new HVACR systems installed in the US market must be compatible with A2L refrigerants.

We produce products compatible with A2L class refrigerants as well as evaporators and condensers compatible with natural refrigerants like A3 gases, and continue to diversify our products to meet the sector's needs.

Energy efficiency is one of the key issues in the US market. For businesses to gain a competitive advantage, reduce energy costs, and fulfill their environmental responsibilities, it is related to how much they embrace environmental consciousness.

As KARYER, at the AHR 2025 Expo, we responded to the demand for energy-efficient products from businesses with our innovative designs and high-performance, UL and EUROVENT certified solutions. We continue to provide solutions that maximize energy efficiency with products such as Heat Recovery Plate Exchangers, rotary heat recovery exchangers, heat pipes for heat recovery purposes, round around coils, and heat exchangers with 5mm and 7mm designs that reduce gas charge in our portfolio of over 36,000 standard and OEM products.

The increasing importance of heat pump products, which provide higher energy efficiency compared to traditional heating systems, was also addressed in the AHR 2025 industrial seminars. Particularly in modern HVAC systems, large-scale heat pumps meet both heating and cooling needs in a single system, providing businesses with high energy efficiency and cost advantages. Our company successfully develops customized products in various sizes for even the most complex systems with its heat pump batteries and outdoor unit solutions, offering easy integration into HVAC systems.
